📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended.


🚛 Delivery Timeline

  • Kerala & Tamil Nadu: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 working days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


💳 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional delivery charge may apply (shown at checkout)


📍 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Address

  • Correct Pincode

  • Valid Phone Number

TheBluu will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A tracking link will be shared via SMS or email.

  • You can track the delivery status directly with the courier partner.


❗ Delays & Liability

TheBluu is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

Once the order is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the logistics provider.


🚫 Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a COD order is:

  • Not accepted

  • Rejected at delivery

  • Unreachable after multiple attempts

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel future COD eligibility

  • Restrict service
